Thank you for choosing to book with me. I’m delighted to have you as a client and look forward to providing you with exceptional beauty services. To ensure your experience is smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable, I have outlined some important policies below. These guidelines help maintain the highest standards of service, avoid miscommunication, and accommodate all valued clients efficiently.

1. Eligibility and Compliance

2. Booking and Rescheduling

   - All bookings are final and can be rescheduled once.

   - A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings and will be deducted from or covers the total service fee. More than one reschedule of the same appointment will forfeit the deposit.

-Please Opt-in for email for mandatory forms and SMS Appointment reminders. There is no email marketing.

-Health and consent forms will be sent via email, please fill them out before arrival.

-One-on-one service only — please do not bring extra guests.

- All credits, packages, or points on file expires after one year. Consultation credit expires within 3 month.

- My studio is gratuity-optional. Please arrive on time and enjoy your service!

-Mandy works alone, there is a 20-30 minute padding time between and after each service. If you are unable to book multiple consecutive appointments, kindly ask to text her.

-Kindly ask that you to remove your shoes upon entering. As part of work hazard requirements for medical estheticians, Mandy must wear indoor closed-toe shoes.

-There is a friendly small poodle on a different floor and in a completely separate and gated space from the studio. She may bark briefly when new guests arrive. For liability reasons, please remain within the studio space during your visit and refrain from going to the main floor or petting the dog. **If you are uncomfortable with the presence of a dog, even in a completely separate space, please reconsider booking, as this is her home. Thank you for understanding.

3. No Show Policy

   - Deposits will be forfeited if the client does not show up for the appointment. No rescheduling for future appointments will be allowed.

4. Late Policy

   - Service may be refused if you are more than 15 minutes late, as it impacts subsequent appointments. Please plan your time to locate the studio and park beforehand. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit your deposit.

5. Payment

   - Deposits can be made through our online booking system with any major credit card (Visa, MC, Amex). Remaining balances can be paid with cash, EMT (kefibeautyemt@gmail.com), or any major credit card saved on file. Debit cards are not accepted.

   - For cash payment, please bring the exact amount or round up. I don’t have change =( .

6. Pricing

   - Prices listed are the total service fees at checkout. Rates are subject to change at any time. There are no refunds on any procedures or products.

7. Service Time

   - The indicated service time includes check-in, consultation, before/after photos, brow mapping, numbing, post-care discussion, checkout, lash set prep and drying time, changing for waxing, and disinfection between guests.

8. Booking Touch-ups and Maintenance Services

   - When booking touch-ups and regular maintenance services, select the correct time frame and services to ensure equal access to quality services. Kefi Beauty reserves the right to amend bookings as necessary without prior communication. A system notification will be sent in the event of any changes.

Cosmetic Brow Tattoo Services

- For assessment and insurance purposes, especially if your eyebrows have had previous work, this is considered Corrective and Cover-up Work. The appointment time differs from virgin skin brow work.

- Text Mandy at 416-829-6362 for assessment and to ensure they are workable.

-Send 3 clear photos without makeup or filters of the front, 2/3 left, and 2/3 right side of your full face under natural daylight. Include your first and last name, details of any previous brow work, how long ago it was done, and how many sessions you've had.
